About Me
Hi, I'm Rohit.
I'm passionate about fostering entrepreneurship to enable social mobility by teaching talented young people and entrepreneurs about financial literacy and adopting an entrepreneurial mindset.
My journey began a decade ago through Junior Achievement, the world’s largest youth career readiness-focused nonprofit, where I co-founded a company with high school friends that won Europe's largest entrepreneurship competition. That experience sparked a lifelong fascination with how entrepreneurship can transform not just individual lives, but entire communities.
Since then, I have explored that mission from multiple perspectives. As an Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company, I advise CEOs and senior executives on growth strategy, innovation, and digital transformation. As the youngest-ever Global Board Member of Junior Achievement Worldwide, I help shape the strategy of an organization that equips more than 20 million young people across 100+ countries with entrepreneurial and financial skills. I have also worked in venture capital across the UK, US, and India, supporting founders building businesses with lasting impact.
Outside of work, I enjoy ecletic intellectual pursuits that include world history (I’m currently reading a three-book series on the history of England) and geopolitics across the UK, US, and India. I have also played chess for the past twenty years and used to represent the England youth team.
My long-term ambition is to become an advocate for the startup bridge across India, the UK, and US, as India becomes a top-3 global economy. In parallel, I hope to promote entrepreneurship and financial literacy to young people globally as a vehicle for social mobility through my Junior Achievement platform.
